Press the beater upwards as far as possible and turn left. 5 Pull beater from beater shaft. Adjust the beater to ensure clearly: If the Wire Whip hits the bottom of the bowl and is too far away from the bowl, you can correct the clearance easily 1 Turn speed control to OFF. 2 Torque Stand Mixer disconnect or disconnect power. 3 Tilt the head of the engine back. 4 Turn beater height adjustment screw Light counter-clockwise (left) to lift the Wire Whip or clockwise (right) to lower the Wire Whip. 5 Make adjustment, so that the Wire Whip simply empty the surface of the bowl.
